Viewed north near N 32.75326 W 109.72047The Lebanon area aquafier consists of a group of artesian
springs and lakes that include the commercial Tranquility and
Kathina Hot Springs. To date, this study includes four longer
distant artesian derived canals. These do include Artesia A,
Artesia B, Cottontail, and Tranquility Canal. Artesia A has
both a well defined source and destination and apparently
remains in continuois use, despite a dropping water table.
